CINQUE TERRE DOC "PIPATO" 2019 - ARRIGONI
A dense, structured white with character and personality. It seems to be dressed in those golden rays that warm the steep cliffs of the Cinque Terre from the sky. Hints of toasted almonds, citrus fruits, orange blossoms, white flowers, clash against a strong mineral note which gives freshness to this intense wine with a significant alcoholic strength. Tasting it feels like being kissed by the sun.

COLLI DI LUNI VERMENTINO SUPERIORE DOC «IL PREFETTO» - ARRIGONI
A breath of saltiness to dress notes of candied fruit, fresh lemon peel, among exotic hints of papaya and a surprising mineral freshness. Hints of exotic fruit, litchi, lemon and salty west wind. Orange flowers and almond notes take you far away, recalling perfumes from distant Sicily, with a Valley of the Temples in bloom. Extremely elegant, delicate companion for dinners based on fish, shellfish and romantic evenings under the light of the Colli di Luni.

ALTO ADIGE DOC SAUVIGNON MASO DELLE ROSE 2018 - TENUTA WEGER
Clear and transparent. Very intense. Greenish reflections betray a ripe fruit (at first glance, peach and persimmon) which emerges after only a few minutes in the glass, preceded by varietal notes of tomato leaves and even minty hints. The characteristic minerality of Alpine soils takes us back to the origins of the terroir. Frank and refined, sincere and direct. Warm and enveloping. Ideal for any meal and on a summer evening, with friends... and for two. Very sensual...

LACRYMA CHRISTI DEL VESUVIO DOC JANESTA BIANCO 2020 - TENUTA LE LUNE
Straw yellow with slight greenish reflections. Upon rotation in the glass it appears dense.
On the nose it offers very delicate hints of not too ripe peach and pineapple, fresh almonds, which are immersed in a bouquet of yellow flowers (broom, dandelion...) and aromatic plants (laurel, thyme...). On the palate it is savory and hints of cedar and flint take you back to the slopes of Vesuvius, among the citrus groves and the Mediterranean scrub. The sensuality of this wine is completed by veiled notes of lime honey. The recommended pairing is with raw fish, octopus and potatoes, shellfish, smoked salmon, delicate seafood first and second courses. A truly special white.

ALTO ADIGE DOC PINOT NERO MASO DELLE ROSE 2018 - TENUTA WEGER
Ruby red with luminous reflections in which very delicate floral notes are immersed, punctuated by spicy hints that give structure to this noble fruit from the calcareous soils of the Dolomites. The evolution in the glass accompanies the taster on a sensorial journey not lacking in emotions. This wine pairs elegantly with traditional platters, structured main courses, game and game. Also great for meditation.

SANNIO DOC FALANGHINA NUANCE 2020 - AZ. VIN. FORNO
The straw yellow with golden reflections paints a citrus bouquet with mineral notes in which balsamic hints, Mediterranean herbs and spices stand out for their intensity. The nose is complex and pleasantly evolving, in the mouth it is dense, fresh and tasty, with good persistence. As the temperature rises in the glass, hints of ripe yellow pulp fruit and nutmeg emerge. The pairing is ideal with paella, saffron risotto, Paccheri di Gragnano with scallops, octopus and potatoes, turbot with lemon and second courses generally based on fish and shellfish. It cannot be missing from the varied aperitifs with seafood crudités. We recommend serving it at 8°C and allowing it to accompany up to 12-14°C.
Falanghina 100%, 13.0% Vol.
TAURASI DOCG NUANCE 2016 - AZ. VIN. FORNO
Intense and complex, by virtue of balsamic hints, medicinal herbs, spices such as nutmeg and cumin, woody hints, embellished with a bouquet of red flowers (geranium and English roses). Notes of ripe plum and plum can be heard among the light touch of cloves, vanilla and leather. The freshness of the berries marries with the sharpness and warmth of the black cherries in alcohol, while never excessive tannins leave room for an enveloping sensation. A wine that is constantly evolving in the glass, often offering hints of liquorice and cinnamon.

ISOLA DEI NURAGHI IGT CAGNULARI "LE VIGNE DI GIOVANNI CHESSA" 2019 - TANARIGHE
Intense ruby red, pure and fine with hints of red fruits (morello cherry, black cherry, dried plum...), with pleasant and pungent balsamic notes that recall rosemary, thyme and bay leaves. The floral bouquet, in which geranium and violet predominate, is clouded in a fascinating smoky note punctuated by a delicate spiciness (coriander and pink pepper). An elegant, warm, slightly tannic wine that is very versatile. Ideal to be paired with mixed platters, grills, rare cuts, and structured or game-based second courses.

RUCHE' DI CASTAGNOLE MONFERRATO DOCG "ONIRO" 2020 - LA MONDIANESE
In the glass it is generous, frank and fine, with an intense ruby red color. Typical varietal scents lull the sense of smell with a bouquet of roses and delicate petals of red flowers. On the palate the tannins are soft and the wine is round and soft, delicately fruity and seductive. Paired with game accompanied by berry sauces, it is an interesting combination, to be tasted on an occasion in which this nectar will not fail to whisper complicity.

BARBERA D'ASTI SUPERIORE DOCG "PIASì" 2012 - CANTINA GOGGIANO
In the glass, a hint of garnet nuance, a sign of time, is betrayed by a still palpable freshness, which contrasts with character with the roundness offered by notes that recall walnut husk and ripe cherry jam. Spicy leaps enrich hints of incense, tobacco, juniper, pepper and cocoa. Over time, hints of medicinal herbs, rosemary and marjoram emerge in the glass. Among the flowers, the geranium stands out clearly, surrounded by a bouquet of dried flowers. A wine to pair with important, structured dishes and which invites meditation.
Barbera 100%, 15.0% Vol.
ISOLA DEI NURAGHI IGT SYRAH “CARYS” 2009 - CANTINA LIGIOS
A complex, powerful and mature wine in which slightly astringent tannins are present which contrast well with a still lively acidity which is surprising, given its age. In the mouth you seem to taste ripe cherries and plums and on the finish some black cherries in alcohol appear. Spices and dark chocolate accompany discreetly. The "salty" scent that lingers on the lips after each sip is interesting. The nose is reached by notes of geranium, juniper, nutmeg, woodland, dried flowers, Mediterranean herbs such as helichrysum. A wine that evolves in the glass almost as if it wants to tell its story. In the glass it is clear with a slight hint of garnet. Ideal with structured dishes but also for meditation.
